EZGamers is a service company and does not charge for anything other then
the services presented on this website. The customer is only playing for
the time spent and effort to level or obtain items for the characters.
All virtual characters, items, and credits in any game are the properties
of that games creator.

electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices

for any services unless agreed apon by EZGamers.

YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site or our services you are responsible for maintaining
your account password in any games. We are in no way allowed to change
your password at any time and the customer is required to change their
account password after our service is complete. EZGamers takes no responsibly
for lost or stolen accounts while the customer is using our service or
after. If you are under 18, you may use the Company's services only with
involvement of a parent or guardian. The Company and its affiliates reserve
the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content,
or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
BANNDINGS
By using EZGamers services you take full responsibility for your account.
EZGamers is a use at your own risk service. If an account is banned during
the leveling service, EZGamers will only refund the remainder of the time
that was needed to level the character. Each customer that uses our service
is breaking the user agreement made with Blizzard Entertainment and understands
the risk that he/she is taking. EZGamers does not take any responsibility
for items, currency, or accounts lost during the leveling process. When
agreeing to use our service, each customer is must verify that they are
over the age of 18 and agree to our disclaimer. Any types of conflicts
with Paypal charge backs will have this information on display along with
the agreement form made by the user. EZGamers takes no responsbility for
any problems that happen after your account is done using our services.

the Company's place as a user of SOE's intellectual property, but only

indemnify the Company for any claims made by SOE and others in relation
to this transaction and the use of SOE intellectual property. The Company

of SOE. At the conclusion of the transaction, buyer assumes the Company's
station merely as a licensee of SOE to use its intellectual property and
grants the Company indemnity from the entire transaction. Sony in no way

The Company agrees not to disclose to anyone the terms, conditions, subject
matter, or identity of the parties involved in this transaction to any
other party. Any disputes regarding these matters shall be resolved in

your money back if the service our customers have paid for is not met
in satisfaction. Users who have a satisfaction problem may contact us
by e-mail. Any member of EZGamers has the right to reject any customer
satisfaction claim. All processes of refunds can take up to 1-2 weeks.
PRICE PROTECTION POLICY
The Company currently offers a price protection when making purchases.
If you purchase a product or service from the Company and the price is
lowered within 24 hours of that purchase, you may contact the Company
through the Live Help with your account name to receive additional products
to make up for the difference.
